Advantages and disadvantages of immigration

Imigraton is something what happen very often in Costa Rica.
One  principal advantage is handworker, many imigrants from Nicaragua, works in construction, also they collect coffe.
In other hand, many of the crimes, are made for imigrants or traffic of drugs. In my opinion, immigration is something that has more disavantages than advantages, that's why I don't like that
